Yes. Once your task is completed, mark a task as done from Global Tasks by clicking on the checkbox.
Once a task is marked as done, that task will be getting moved to the completed tab. Also, once you mark a task as done from Global Tasks, it will be marked as completed in its respective sources.
Similarly, if a task is mark as completed from its source, the same will be reflected in the Global Tasks source.
